Rashed Keith Miller, 20, was gunned down while sitting on the front porch of his home at 1703 Cora Tuesday morning. Mourning the loss at the scene of the shooting is his mother Inez Lampkin, left, and two of his three sisters: Kesha Miller, center, and Nicole Lampkin, right, who is a St. Louis police officer.
