A boy's suit hangs from the framework of a Lakeview home, a reminder of the children who once filled the New Orleans neighborhood. The home on Bellaire Drive is in an area considered 'ground zero', where water from Lake Pontchartrain broke through a levee in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
